These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ajokiilto website, driver application, driver application form, and related operational services.
1. Service overview
Ajokiilto operates a driver-based car advertising and campaign tracking service in the Helsinki capital region, including Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa. Drivers may apply to participate, and approved drivers may receive access to the Ajokiilto Driver app.
2. Driver applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, work, campaign assignment, or payment. Ajokiilto may approve, reject, or request additional information from applicants at its discretion.
3. Accurate information
Applicants and drivers must provide accurate and current information, including contact details, vehicle information, operating area, and uploaded vehicle photos. Ajokiilto may reject or suspend access if information is false, incomplete, misleading, or outdated.
4. Driver app access
Approved drivers may receive login credentials manually from Ajokiilto. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Ajokiilto may suspend or revoke access if misuse, fraud, suspicious activity, or breach of these terms is detected.
5. Location tracking
The Ajokiilto Driver app uses location tracking during active driver sessions to verify route activity, calculate kilometres, support campaign reporting, and show live driver status to administrators.
Drivers must only start a session when they intend to participate in Ajokiilto-related driving activity. Drivers are responsible for stopping the session when they are finished.
6. Photos and campaign verification
Drivers may be required to upload vehicle, sticker, campaign, or quality-check photos. Photos must be clear, relevant, and truthful. Ajokiilto may reject photos that are unclear, incorrect, manipulated, unrelated, or insufficient for verification.
7. Campaigns and payments
Campaign eligibility, payout rules, bonuses, deductions, and final payment amounts may depend on campaign-specific requirements, verified kilometres, route quality, photo verification, driver compliance, and client requirements.
No payment is guaranteed unless confirmed by Ajokiilto under the applicable campaign rules.
8. Driver responsibilities
Drivers must:
- Drive safely and follow all traffic laws.
- Use the app honestly and only for legitimate sessions.
- Keep location permissions, notifications, and required tracking settings enabled during active sessions.
- Not manipulate GPS, route data, photos, campaign materials, or app behaviour.
- Report technical issues or incorrect data as soon as possible.
9. Prohibited use
Users must not attempt to attack, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape, bypass security, upload malicious files, or interfere with Ajokiilto systems.
10. Service availability
Ajokiilto may update, maintain, suspend, or modify the website, admin system, app, or campaigns at any time. Temporary outages, tracking interruptions, or technical errors may occur.
11. Limitation of liability
Ajokiilto is not responsible for indirect losses, lost income, device issues, network failures, GPS inaccuracies, third-party service outages, or driver misuse of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

Use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
Ajokiilto may update these Terms and Conditions when operations, legal requirements, or services change. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version.
